PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station capable of promptly resolving call remain when reconnection of a portable terminal is performed due to deterioration in wireless communication connection state or the like and the call remain occurs during call connection.SOLUTION: A base station 104 includes: a wireless communication unit 116 that performs wireless communication connection with a portable terminal 102; a storage unit 110 that stores identification information of the portable terminal 102 in the call connection; a control unit 108 that determines whether or not the identification information of the portable terminal 102 newly requesting the call connection is matched with identification information stored in the storage unit 110 and releases a resource allocated at a previous call connection when matching is determined. |
