The device (10) has a torque vectoring unit (20) comprising a prime mover (12) with a drivable drive shaft (36) and a superimposition state (11), which are coupled with each other through a connecting shaft (21) and formed of epicyclic transmissions (13, 14) and connection shafts (15, 17, 23, 24, 26). The connecting shaft is formed as a planet carrier (22). Planetary gears (28, 29) of the epicyclic transmissions are supported by the planet carrier. Two of the connection shafts are designed as ring gears. An independent claim is also included for a drive assembly.
