PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the ride comfort by suppressing the overhang of a silencer from the body in a side direction while avoiding the interference of the silencer and other parts, in a motorcycle in which the silencer is arranged so as to be placed under a vehicle seat and above a rear wheel by the side view when a rear cushion unit is extended.SOLUTION: The cross section form of the outline 58 of the silencers 50L, 50R is formed in a lozenge and the silencers 50L, 50R are arranged at least one side of the car width direction of the rear wheel WR in such a posture that a pair of sidewalls 61a, 61b in parallel mutually among the sidewalls 61a to 61d of the outline 58 extend in the up-and-down direction. The side covers 74L, 74R, which are formed so as to be along the upper and the outer sidewalls 61d, 61b among four sidewalls 61a to 61d of the outline 58, are arranged so that the silencers 50L, 50R may be covered from the side at the lower part of the vehicle seat 38. |
