PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersant with which when solid particles are dispersed in various non-aqueous liquids agglomeration of the solid particles in a dispersion liquid is inhibited, the dispersant being extremely effective in forming a stable dispersion liquid, having excellent thermal resistance and lowering the viscosity of a dispersion to be lower than that in the past thereby improving the workability.SOLUTION: A dispersant comprises a polyvinyl acetal-polyester graft copolymer and a vinyl acetate-polyester graft copolymer and/or a polyvinyl alcohol-polyester graft copolymer.
