PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely release dry raw material after suppressing an increase in the running cost.SOLUTION: A raw material releasing device releases retained dry raw material inside a chute 20 from a release port 20a by placing a shutter 21 in an opening position and opening the release port 20a. In this case, the raw material releasing device includes a first heater 50A and a second heater 50B each forming a plane with heat generation reference plane P, with the individual heat generation reference planes P arranged facing the outer surface plane of the chute 20. The first heater 50A has the heat generation reference plane P arranged facing diagonally upward in a position below a raw material container 10. The second heater 50B has the heat generation reference plane P arranged diagonally upward in a position which is below the first heater 50A. The first heater 50A and the second heater 50B each include portions of an upper side from the shutters 21 placed in closed positions. |
