PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof device for a rail, which does not require tools for fixing bolts or machine screws so that labor for construction and troublesome constructions can be improved, and also which solves the problem of rail maintenance being obstructed by reducing portions projecting from the rail.SOLUTION: A soundproof device 1 for a rail includes a first soundproof member 2, a second soundproof member 3, and a fixture 4. The bottom edges of sound insulation covers 13 and 16 of respective soundproof members 2 and 3 are extended to the lower surface of a rail bottom Rb. The fixture 4 has: a horizontal part 21 inserted under the lower surface of the rail bottom Rb; a first rising part 22 provided continuously to the left end part of the horizontal part 21 and applied to the sound insulation cover 13 of the first soundproof member 2; and a second rising part 23 provided continuously to the right end part of the horizontal part 21 and applied to the sound insulation cover 16 of the second soundproof member 3. The first rising part 22 and the second rising part 23 have spring properties energizing in a direction to press sound insulation covers 12 and 14 to a rail R. |
