摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate defocus amount by a signal output from a pair of focus detection pixels.SOLUTION: An image pickup device 31 is disposed on an expected image formation plane of an optical system 21 of an interchangeable lens 2. A pair of focus detection pixels including a first focus detection pixel and a second focus detection pixel are disposed at positions corresponding to a focus detection area of the image pickup device 31. An attitude information acquisition section 37 detects change amount of an imaging angle and change amount of an imaging position, etc. and acquires attitude information on the attitude of an imaging apparatus 1. In a body drive control device 32, a first signal output from the first focus detection pixel and a second signal output from the second focus detection pixel are recorded in a recording section 321 together with the attitude information acquired by the attitude information acquisition section 37, and a microcomputer 322 calculates a phase difference on the basis of a plurality of pieces of attitude information stored in the recording section 321 and the first signal and the second signal recorded together with the plurality of pieces of attitude information and calculates defocus amount.
