PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance visibility of an indicating lamp provided in an overhead wire, or the like.SOLUTION: A plurality of indicating lamps 10, each having a light emitting element 19 and a radio communication device 17, are disposed at a prescribed interval along a power line 2. One of the indicating lamps 10 receives control information of the light emitting element 19 which is transmitted from a centralized control device 20 and performs radio communication with an adjacent indicating lamp 10, thereby transmitting the control information to each of the plurality of indicating lamps 10 sequentially to allow each of the plurality of indicating lamps 10 to control turning on/off of each of the light emitting elements 19 on the basis of control information 900. Each of the indicating lamps 10 controls blinking of each of the light emitting elements 19 by using a synchronization signal on the basis of alternating current flowing in the power line 2. The centralized control device 20 generates the control information 900 on the basis of information acquired by a moving body detection sensor 28. |
