PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous carburizing furnace which can significantly control a composition change of atmosphere gas when carrying an article to be processed into a temperature rising chamber, can also shorten a lead time of carburizing treatment, can also achieve miniaturization and cost reduction of the whole apparatus, and does not cause a problem with abnormal combustion.SOLUTION: A continuous carburizing furnace includes: a temperature rising chamber 2; a carburization chamber 3 adjacent to the temperature rising chamber 2; a partition door 7 that can be opened and closed and by which the temperature rising chamber 2 and the carburization chamber 3 are divided; a carry-in entrance 11 for an article W to be processed, formed in the bottom of the temperature rising chamber 2; a carry-in door 12 which opens and closes the carry-in entrance 11; an elevator 28 which carries the article W into the temperature rising chamber 2 from the carry-in entrance 11; a transporting means 13 which transports the article W in the temperature rising chamber 2 to the carburization chamber 3; and a gas supply line 14 which supplies atmosphere gas for carburizing treatment into the temperature rising chamber 2. |
