PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device in which an optical quantity transmitting through a reflecting surface of a light guide member is reduced.SOLUTION: A lens surface 35 in a cylindrical lens shape is provided on the downside of an incident surface 33 opposed to a display LED 20, and by the lens effect, light emitted downward aslant of a light-emitting part 21 is made incident on a reflecting surface 34 at a critical angle or more.
