METHOD AND DEVICES FOR DETERMINING GYROSCOPE BIAS

Methods and devices for determining a gyroscope bias are described. In one aspect, the present disclosure provides a processor-implemented method of determining a bias for an axis of a gyroscope. The method includes: representing a plurality of gyroscope readings for the axis in a histogram, the histogram including a plurality of bins associated with respective ranges; and determining the bias for the axis of the gyroscope by identifying a concentration of the gyroscope readings within the histogram.
