A system according to the present invention includes a longitudinal stimulation probe that includes a first electrode disposed at a distal tip and a second electrically conductive surface spaced proximally from the first electrode. Another system according to the present invention may include an improved user interface including an improved probe/handle interface including high visibility indication.
