A yellowing high temperature-resistant nylon composite material and a method for preparing same. The material is proportioned according to mass: 34 to 94 shares of high temperature nylon, 5 to 60 shares of glass fibers, 0.1 to 2 shares of a high temperature-resistant non-discoloration hindered amine stabilizing agent, 0.1 to 2 shares of phenyl sodium hypophosphite, and 0.1 to 2 shares of sodium dihydrogen phosphate anhydrous. High temperature nylon material prepared through simple formulation design and process control can be used in a high temperature electronic component.
