Disclosed are a method for loading additional content according to the characteristic of a user's content consumption in a table view controller environment, and a system therefor. The method for loading content comprises: a listing step for listing loaded content; a user interface (UI) providing step for providing, on a list, a UI tab capable of selecting a loading standard for additional content which has not been included on the list; and a loading step for loading the additional content according to the loading standard selected by a user through the UI tab.
