<p>The present invention relates to a novel aminoquinazoline derivative and a use thereof in preparing an anti-malignant tumor medicament for prevention and/or treatment thereof. The aminoquinazoline compound of the present invention is an ideal, highly-efficient, and irreversible double kinase inhibitor for EGFR and HER2, applicable in treatment or prevention of various malignant tumor diseases such as breast cancer, ovarian cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, esophageal cancer, lung cancer, head and neck squamous-cell carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, squamous-cell skin cancer, prostate cancer, glioma, and nasopharyngeal cancer.</p> |
