PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement card management system capable of preventing a settlement card that is an object to be transferred from being used.SOLUTION: The settlement card management system comprises: a card identification information acquisition part for acquiring card identification information for identifying a settlement card from a first terminal device; a card identification information generation part for generating new card identification information in response to acquisition of the card identification information by the card identification information acquisition part; a card management part for performing migration processing for writing the new card identification information in a card balance storage part and reading balance information corresponding to the acquired card identification information from the card balance storage part, subtracting the balance information corresponding to the acquired card identification information, and writing the read balance information in the card balance storage part in association with the new card identification information; and a card identification information transmission part for transmitting the new card identification information to a second terminal device. |
