PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor for an electric motor that uses a reduced number of components for easier assembly work, an electric motor having the rotor, and a washing machine having the electric motor.SOLUTION: In the rotor for an electric motor having a motor magnet part for generating torque by an excitation action with a stator, a position detection magnet part for detecting rotational position, and a rotor core comprising a laminate of electromagnetic steel sheets, the motor magnet part and the position detection magnet part are molded in an integral ring, and the position detection magnet part has smaller inside and outside diameters than the motor magnet part. Such a rotor is applied to the electric motor used in the washing machine or the like. |
