PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image summarization device and a program or the like which perform image summarization processing having advantages of both a first image summarization technique based on similarity and a second image summarization technique based on the recognition processing of an object or the like by integrating both the techniques.SOLUTION: An image summarization device includes: a first image summarization processing unit 100 acquiring a first summarized image sequence by first image summarization processing based on the similarity between a plurality of images; a second image summarization processing unit 200 acquiring a second summarized image sequence by second image summarization processing based on the recognition processing of a target object or scene to each image of the plurality of images; and an integration processing unit 300 acquiring an output summarized image sequence by performing integration processing of the first summarized image sequence and the second summarized image sequence, or integration processing of the first image summarization processing and the second image summarization processing. |
