PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that prevents the occurrence of delay at the transmission of communication data.SOLUTION: By the provision of a period for performing each procedure of communication data acquisition, communication quality measurement, communication quality data acquisition and channel changeover, each process is executed within a restricted time set for each process, so that the whole processes are executed in one cycle. By this, it is possible to prevent the influence of a delay in each procedure on other procedures, so that an overall delay can be suppressed. In the case of failure in each procedure, the procedure is executed again in the next time of the procedure of concern. Further, a difference is set between the offsets of the carrier sense start times of communication stations having a shared time slot. By this, if a packet collision occurrence condition exists, collision can be avoided by carrier sensing collision packets. Further, a transmission delay can be avoided by the control of transmission priority control in a gateway transmission queue. |
