PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact spring for a connector capable of reducing power loss generated when high current is supplied to it, and adapted to allow a large current to flow therethrough, a female terminal, a male terminal and connector.SOLUTION: Each spring piece 43 of a contact spring 40 is formed in a projecting shape toward an outer peripheral surface of a pin 31, twisting parts 44 for twisting around a virtual twisting axis P along a longer direction D, are formed on at least part of the longer direction D of the spring pieces 43. Each of twisting parts 44 is formed into a shape that, being twisted around the twisting axis P in the same direction for every spring pieces 53, one long side part 43a in a width direction E of spring pieces 43 is twisted toward a direction that the one long side is arranged outwardly in the radial direction to another long side part 43b. Each of the spring pieces 43 are separated at a predetermined interval where at least the twisting parts 44 in the longer direction D of spring pieces 43 are overlapped in a circumferential direction, and disposed in parallel. |
