PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing cement clinker and a method for recovering radioactive cesium capable of usefully using waste materials or others containing radioactive cesium as a cement raw material and capable of effectively recovering the radioactive cesium.SOLUTION: A method for producing cement clinker forming the cement clinker by firing a cement raw material in a kiln, separating dusts from kiln discharged gas discharge from the kiln, and supplying the dusts into the kiln as a cement raw material is characterized by controlling the supplying quality of the dusts supplied into the kiln based on the measured result by measuring the contents of the radioactive cesium in the dusts.
