PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back contact solar cell capable of minimizing reduction in manufacturing yield of a solar cell module by enhancing productivity thereof, and to provide a back contact solar cell with a wiring sheet, a solar cell module, a manufacturing method of the back contact solar cell, a manufacturing method of the back contact solar cell with a wiring sheet, and a manufacturing method of the solar cell module.SOLUTION: In a back contact solar cell 8, an elliptical alignment mark 41 is provided on the back surface of a substrate 1 contiguously to electrodes 6, 7, the ratio T/t of a major axis T and a minor axis t of the alignment mark 41 is 3-4, and the minor axis t is 100 μm or more. A back contact solar cell with a wiring sheet, a solar cell module, a manufacturing method of the back contact solar cell, a manufacturing method of the back contact solar cell with a wiring sheet, and a manufacturing method of the solar cell module are also provided. |
