PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the moment of a light concentration optical system by suppressing temperature rise upon incidence of light, while homogenizing the light sufficiently, in a homogenizer of a concentrator photovoltaic system for homogenizing the light after primary light concentration.SOLUTION: The homogenizer includes a hollow pedestal 4 forming a space 3 into which light B exiting from a primary light concentration member 1 is introduced, and provided with a total reflection surface 4d on the space 3 side, and a light scattering film 5 formed on the total reflection surface 4d and having a function for homogenizing light by internal light scattering. The light from the primary light concentration member 1 exits toward a power generation element 6 while being homogenized. |
