METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TRANSPORT CONTROL OF LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL SUBSTRATE

A method and system for transport control of a liquid crystal panel substrate. The method comprises: providing a transport apparatus (21) and a humidification apparatus (22); placing the liquid crystal panel substrate within the transport apparatus (21); using the humidification apparatus to humidify the transport apparatus, where the liquid crystal panel substrate is placed, thus forming a mist within the transport apparatus; and using the humidified transport apparatus to transport the liquid crystal panel substrate. The system comprises the transport apparatus (21) used for placing and transporting the liquid crystal panel substrate and the humidification apparatus (22) used for humidifying the transport apparatus and for forming the mist within the transport apparatus. The present invention prevents static electricity from damaging the liquid crystal panel substrate, and ensures product pass rate.
