<p>The present invention relates to the technical field of paper making. A carrier-tape base paper making method and base paper made thereby; according to the performance requirement of the carrier-tape base paper, different paper pulp raw materials are employed for a surface layer, an intermediate layer and a bottom layer, and different auxiliary materials are added for conditioning the pulp and making the paper; the method comprises the steps of beating, pulp conditioning, paper making, calendering and reeling. The base paper has the advantages of high strength, good waterproof and bonding performance, little physical damage to an electronic component, good resilience and the like.</p> |
