<p>[Problem] To provide a medical information distribution server and a medical assistance system using the server for providing a framework for sharing biometric information for a patient by a person who has a plurality of different roles, such as doctor, pharmacist, and the like. [Solution] The present invention is a medical information distribution server which is connected via a network to a terminal provided with a card reader, wherein the medical information distribution server is characterized in being equipped with: means for associating a unique identification symbol X which is read at the card reader and which is assigned for each card, a patient ID for identifying a patient, and biometric information for the patient, and storing the same; means for generating display data in accordance with pre-set conditions set by a user of the terminal on the basis of information included in the biometric information for the patient; and means for, in accordance with a request from a terminal where the card having the identification symbol X has been read, transmitting the generated display data to upon the terminal.</p> |
