Method for evaluation of tissue preservation solution

Disclosed is a method for evaluating a tissue preservation solution on its preservation effect, which comprises the steps of: immersing a mammal tissue having a luminescently or fluorescently labeled gene introduced therein in the tissue preservation solution; measuring the level of the luminescence or fluorescence produced by the labeled gene contained in the tissue after the immersion; and determining the preservation effect of the tissue preservation solution based on the measured level of the luminescence or fluorescence.
