PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water resistance aluminum pigment dispersion that can prevent whitening when being combined into an aqueous coating and an aqueous ink composition, has an excellent metallic luster property, and in which water dispersibility and storage stability are especially excellent.SOLUTION: A water resistance aluminum pigment dispersion is the water resistance aluminum pigment dispersion to disperse in an aqueous medium a water resistance aluminum pigment in which a surface of an aluminum pigment is coated with a silica film, and includes a compound shown by general formula (1). In the formula (1), AO denotes an oxyalkylene group; R denotes a 5-30C hydrocarbon group that may have a substituent; and n denotes an integer of 5-35.
