PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for measuring road surface condition, which can continuously measure the road surface condition such as a shape of a road surface and a depth of water on the road surface.SOLUTION: Sensors measure a position of a reference position measuring component continuously provided under a road, a position of a road surface of the road, and a position of a surface of water on the road. A road surface shape is specified by offsetting the position of the road surface on the basis of the position of the reference position measuring component. A depth of water is also specified by superposing the position of the water surface which is offset on the basis of the position of the reference position measuring component, on the road surface shape. |
