PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image presentation apparatus capable of improving image quality by suppressing optical shot noise by signal processing while holding performance of an imaging device at conventional one.SOLUTION: An image presentation apparatus 10 includes: sight line calculation means 11 for calculating a sight line position of a viewer A on a screen of a display apparatus 50 from an image of an imaging apparatus 30 of the viewer A; area determination means 12 for determining whether or not respective pixels on the screen of the display apparatus 50 are included in a preset area range around the sight line position of the viewer A; and addition processing means 13 for reducing time resolution by performing additional average processing of pixels of an image displayed on pixel positions determined as positions included in the area range by the area determination means 12 and pixels on the same positions in a preceding frame and reducing space resolution by performing additional average processing of pixels determined as pixels not included in the area range by the area determination means 12 and pixels of peripheral positions in the same frame.
