PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive agent for sticking a touch panel member allowing formation of an adhesive agent layer having a high relative dielectric constant and a low dielectric loss tangent so that a touch panel has a high electrostatic capacity, excellent sensitivity and excellent capacitor performance even when using a plastic instead of a glass as a touch panel member; an adhesive sheet for sticking a touch panel member having the adhesive agent; and a touch panel device using the adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: An adhesive agent for sticking a touch panel member contains a (meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer (A) and a crosslinking agent (B), where the (meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer (A) comprises 19 to 92 mass% of a constituent unit (a1) from an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer (a1) having an alkyl group with a carbon number of 4 to 6, 7 to 80 mass% of a constituent unit (a2) from an alkoxyalkyl (meth)acrylate monomer (a2) and a constituent unit (a3) from a functional group-containing monomer (a3).
