PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a cover opening-closing structure in a vessel to be mounted on a vehicle with a lifting function, capable of easily performing moving work of refuse when collecting the refuse.SOLUTION: A bottomed movable vessel body 1 for opening an upper part and having a cover part 3 on a side surface is arranged, and is surrounded by a frame body 2 having a mounting means 2a mounted on a carrying vehicle X in a bottom part of the body, the bottom part 1a of the body is formed as an inclined face of lowering toward the cover part 3 direction positioned in a front part from a rear part, the body is rotatably journaled to both side parts 2b and 2b' of the frame body for surrounding the body, a body cover part is rotatably journaled to upper end parts 2c and 2c' of both side parts of the frame body. When collecting refuse A, the cover part is blocked up by a locking means 5 locked on the frame body.
