PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an output signal satisfying standards of high speed serial interfaces more while implementing a low voltage operation.SOLUTION: An output driver circuit 10 includes: a signal control circuit 30 for generating amplification adjustment signals D1, D2 from reference signals including a data signal DATA, signals DL1, DN1 based on the data signal DATA and fixed level signals VDD, GND according to an output mode selected from a plurality of output modes by mode selection signals; and switch elements 13, 37 controllably connected to VDD or GND by the amplification adjustment signals D1, D2 and connected in common to an output terminal 11 via output resistances 12, 36.
