An abnormality diagnosis device diagnoses an abnormality in a torque sensor connected to a controller of an electric power steering device by two lines, and is provided with: a steering speed determination unit which, on the basis of the detection result of a steering angle sensor for detecting the steering angle of a steering wheel, determines whether or not the change speed of the steering angle of the steering wheel is a predetermined speed or more; an integrated value calculation unit which calculates the integrated value of input torque detected by the torque sensor in a sampling period until the steering wheel returns to a neutral position after being steered at the predetermined speed or more; and an abnormality determination unit which determines that an abnormality occurs in the torque sensor when the integrated value of the input torque calculated by the integrated value calculation unit is a predetermined reference integrated torque or less.
