The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating bone diseases, a composition for promoting the expression of an osteoblast differentiation factor, and a dietary supplement for preventing or alleviating bone diseases, containing an aminobenzoate derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for preventing or treating bone diseases, comprising the step of administering an aminobenzoate derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to an individual. According to the present invention, an aminobenzoate derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof promotes the differentiation and mineralization of osteoblasts so as to improve osteogenesis, and thus can be useful for preventing or treating bone diseases such as a bone fracture and osteoporosis.
