Disclosed are a method for controlling fluid by means of a biosensor and a biosensor that uses the method. The biosensor of the present invention comprises: a fluid channel for the flow of a fluid; an electrode physically connected to the fluid channel; a separation layer for preventing contact between the fluid and the electrode; and a detection unit connected to the electrode to detect the location of the fluid. According to the present invention, the location of the fluid is recognized in a non-contact capacitive sensing manner, thus preventing deterioration of a solution and simplifying the configuration of the biosensor.
