Provided is a plant having a desired phenotype and/or desired stress resistance. Provided is a transgenic plant in which a polypeptide having activity for controlling the morphology of a plant or a polypeptide having activity for enhancing the environmental stress resistance of a plant is overexpressed, wherein the polypeptide is a single polypeptide or a plurality of polypeptides, selected from polypeptides comprising any of the amino acid sequences represented by SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 317.
