PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for a transparent electroconductive film base material providing both excellent index matching properties and satisfactory adhesiveness.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate having a readily bonded layer and an optical adjustment layer in this order, on at least one side of a polyester film. In the laminate for transparent electroconductive film base material, the readily bonded layer contains 50 mass% or more of a polyester resin on the basis of the mass of the readily bonded layer, the refractive index being 1.60-1.65 and the thickness being 8-30 nm.
