PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an electric motor control device that facilitates downsizing; and a vehicle steering apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: Bus bars 31-33 are connected to each other by a connection member 41. A plurality of insertion holes 45 and 46 that are opened in a socket part 44 and permit insertion of plug terminals 31a and 32a are formed in a holding part 42 of a module holder 38. The bus bars 31-33 having circuit components 34-37 connected thereto are fixed to the module holder 38 by a fixing screw 47 in a state that the plug terminals 31a and 32a are respectively disposed via the insertion holes 45 and 46 at predetermined positions in the socket part 44.
