PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator that achieves an energy saving by improving thermal insulating properties of a top surface part at low cost, while attaining a heat radiation amount by a heat radiation pipe.SOLUTION: A refrigerator includes: a refrigerator body 1 with a foam insulation material filled between an outer box and an inner box, and having a refrigeration compartment 5 in the interior thereof; and a heat radiation pipe 8 of a refrigeration cycle arranged at both sides and on a top surface part of the refrigerator body. The heat radiation pipe is constituted of a series of consecutive pipes from right and left side parts to the top surface part of the refrigerator body, and vacuum thermal insulating material 9 is provided at a portion being a position avoiding the heat radiation pipe so as not to be overlapped with the heat radiation pipe in the top surface part and substantially corresponding with a projection portion of the refrigeration compartment of the refrigerator body. Accordingly, the cooling performance is enhanced by attaining the heat radiation amount by the heat radiation pipe, and also strengthening thermal insulating properties while suppressing cost increase by reducing the vacuum thermal insulating material to a necessary minimum, and thereby the refrigerator having high energy saving performance can be provided at low cost. |
