PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body formed by laminating a layer (A) and a layer (B) and having excellent thermal conductivity and thermal adhesiveness of both of the layers.SOLUTION: A laminated body comprises a thermoplastic elastomer composition layer (A) that includes 15-60 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic elastomer component including at least one of the following components (A-1) to (A-3) and the following components (A-4) and (A-5) and 85-40 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler component (total 100 pts.wt.) and has 10-90 of durometer A hardness, and a thermoplastic resin composition layer (B) that includes 10-150 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler component relative to 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin component and has 0.5 W/(K m) or more of thermal conductivity: component (A-1) is a polyester thermoplastic elastomer; component (A-2) is a urethane thermoplastic elastomer; component (A-3) is an acrylic thermoplastic elastomer; component (A-4) is a styrene elastomer and/or a hydrogenated product of styrene elastomer; and component (A-5) is a softener for rubber.
