PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a highly-reliable resin glass that reduces a shearing force generated between a resin substrate and a curable substrate even in an environment where a temperature change repeatedly occurs.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a resin glass at least includes: a masking step of masking a network sheet material 5 on a surface 21 of a transparent resin substrate 2; and a coating step of coating a coating layer 7 comprising a transparent hard material that is harder than the resin substrate 2 and has a linear expansion coefficient smaller than one of a resin material comprising the resin substrate 2 on the surface of the resin substrate 2. In the coating step, the coating layer 7 is coated so that portion 7a of the hard layer 7 formed in a network 5a of the network sheet material 5 is separated from another portion 7a of the hard layer 7 formed in neighboring network 5a. |
