PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isolator attached for preventing short circuits and ground faults of a charge part, such as an electric wire, a cross-arm, and an insulator, in distribution line work.SOLUTION: An insulator includes: a ring shaped member 2 where a part of an outer periphery of a ring opens and freely deforming; and an insulation sheet 3 that is disposed so as to slide in an axis center direction of the ring shaped member 2 covering the outer peripheral side of the ring shaped member 2 and enables an operator to see through. The insulation sheet 3 covers a charging part 200 with the ring shaped member 2 holding the charging part 200 or an area near the charging part 200. |
