PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog-digital conversion device that implements high conversion speed and high conversion accuracy.SOLUTION: In an analog-digital conversion device 20, a control circuit 9 controls second switching sections 5, 5 such that a second integral period of one of two integrators 6, 6 overlaps a first integral period of the other integrator 6. The second integral period has a similar setting of duration to the first integral period. The duration T2 of the second integral period satisfies a relationship: T2=T*2, where T[sec] is a clock pulse period and n is a desired bit number of resolution of analog-digital conversion (n is a natural number). A reference voltage V[V] is set so as to satisfy a relationship: V=-(R*C/T2)*V, where V[V] is an input full-scale voltage of operational amplifiers OP, R[&OHgr;] is a resistance value of resistors R, and C[F] is a capacitance value of capacitors C. |
