PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photograph data provision system capable of determining at a low cost and with high accuracy only photograph data in which there has been a change in a feature on the ground surface and providing them to a photograph using device.SOLUTION: A photograph data provision system sets determination target photograph data and determination corresponding map data such that sections and times correspond to each other, sets past corresponding map data that corresponds to past photograph data provided in the past, determines a difference between the determination corresponding map data and the past corresponding map data, and provides the determination target photograph data for which it has been determined that there is a difference to a photograph using device. |
