PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work load of a person in charge who determines broadcasting schedule of an advertisement.SOLUTION: An advertisement condition acquisition part 110 acquires advertisement identification information which identifies an advertisement by associating the advertisement identification information with an advertisement condition indicating an advertisement effect requested for the advertisement. A basic schedule reading part 120 can be connected to a basic schedule storage part 20. The basic schedule storage part 20 stores the basic schedule and the advertisement effect by associating them with each other. The basic schedule is basic data where a plurality of dates on which advertisement is broadcast are combined. The advertisement effect indicates the one when the advertisement is broadcast for a plurality of times on the basis of the basic schedule. The basic schedule reading part 120 reads the basic schedule from the basic schedule storage part 20 on the basis of the advertisement condition acquired by the advertisement condition acquisition part 110 and advertisement results corresponding to the basic schedule.
