PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manually operated hoisting/towing device easy in adjusting transmissible torque, and stabilizing a value of the transmissible torque, by preventing the torque from being directly transmitted to a driving member from a rotary support ring of an operation lever.SOLUTION: A manually operated hoisting/towing device includes a driving shaft 3 connected to a driving wheel 2 for hoising a cargo so that rotational driving force can be transmitted, an operation lever 19 rotatably installed around the driving shaft, a driving member 4 annularly installed on the driving shaft 3 so that hoisting driving force can be transmitted, a switching gear 5, a fixed support ring 25 arranged for rotatably installing the operation lever 19, and a rotary support ring 26 formed on the operation lever 19 and rotatably fitted to the inner periphery of the fixed support ring 25. The switching gear 5 is provided with a driving member contact preventive part 5a for preventing contact between the rotary support ring 26 and the driving member 4. |
