PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in group control performance, by maintaining accuracy of learning data even when a service-stopping car exists.SOLUTION: A group control device 10 includes an operation management part 12 for managing an operation state of a plurality of cars and making traffic demand data for indicating present traffic demand, a preservation determining part 13 for determining whether the traffic demand data can be preserved as learning data based on operation information on the respective cars, a database part 14 for preserving the traffic demand data determined as being preservable as the learning data, a learning part 16 for making a control parameter for group control based on the learning data, and an allocation control part 11 for control operation of the respective cars in group control by using the control parameter for the group control. |
