The game management device, which communicates with terminal devices and manages the game, is provided with: an association means for associating each individual ability of a first character that has multiple individual abilities with a second character that is able to enhance the individual abilities of the first character; a privilege-generating means for generating the privilege to enhance an individual ability of the first character when a specified condition is satisfied during the game; and an individual ability-enhancing means for improving, according to an individual ability-enhancing operation that selects a specific individual ability as the object for enhancement from among the multiple individual abilities using the privilege, a selected individual ability of the first character on the basis of the ability of the second character that is associated with said individual ability.
