<p>Disclosed is a distributed sample-and-hold circuit of a rail-to-rail input range, comprising a rail-to-rail difference-differential pre-amplifier array, a resistance averaging network, a simple sample-and-hold array, and a capacitance averaging network. The rail-to-rail difference-differential pre-amplifier array comprises 2NT+1 identical rail-to-rail difference-differential pre-amplifiers, difference input signals vin+ and vin- are respectively input to an in-phase input end of the rail-to-rail difference-differential pre-amplifier array, and equally spaced difference reference voltages +N T V R , -N T V R , ..., +KV R , -KV R , ..., 0, 0, ..., -KV R , +KV R , ..., -N T V R and+N T V R are respectively input to a reverse-phase input end of the rail-to-rail difference-differential pre-amplifier array. Output of the rail-to-rail difference-differential pre-amplifier array is connected to a node directly connected to resistance of the resistance averaging network and input to the simple TH array. The present invention implements the rail-to-rail input range and the distributed sample-and-hold circuit with desirable common-mode rejection performance, a high speed, and high precision.</p> |
